Admission Requirements

To be considered for enrollment at Parkway Preschool, the following steps must be completed:

• Registration Form

• General Information Form

• A copy of the child’s current Immunization Record

• Director's Interview

• Registration Fee $200.00 (not to exceed $350 per family)

All documents are REQUIRED at time of registration to ensure your child’s spot for the school year.

The registration fee is valid for the 2024-2025 school year only and cannot be applied towards tuition.

Please use the checklist on your registration form before turning your documents into the preschool.
