Executive Director

Position Type: Part-Time

We are looking for someone to lead Parkway Preschool as Executive Director. This position will plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate all student services for Parkway Preschool, which serves children two years old through kindergarten. The role includes responsibility for administration, personnel, financial management, and marketing. The Executive Director ensures a healthy relationship with parents, teachers, church members, and staff.

For this position, the ideal candidate would:

• Be a member in good standing of Parkway Baptist Church

• Demonstrate spiritual maturity from a growing and mature personal relationship with Jesus

• Have a passion for working directly with preschoolers and their families

• Demonstrate a strong ability to discern, prioritize, and delegate responsibilities

• Have the capacity to develop and recruit personnel, including administrative roles, teachers, and support staff

• Exhibit proficiency in financial reporting and budget planning

Ideally the candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years of experience, including at least two years supervisory experience.
